What are your prices?

Pricing & Minimums
- 48 piece minimum
- Garment styles and colors can be mixed to complete minimum if it does not require an art change.
- Pricing is based on total quantity and number of colors in design.
- Our packaged pricing includes: design, 2 revisions, setup, clip art and printed garments.

What sets your design apart from other t-shirt shops?

Designers With Degrees
   
All of our designers have degrees in design, they understand color, balance, current trends and work hard to help you communicate your message.

   

All Custom - No templates
   
No other organization will have your design.  Each of our orders is one of a kind. 

How and when do we pay for our tees?
Payment
- Payment can be made via credit card or check
- Final payment is not due until the date the product ships.

Deposit
- New customers are required to make a $150 deposit.
- Contact us via phone with your credit card or check information after completing orderform.
- Repeat customers will not need to place a deposit.

How far in advance do we need to place our order?

Art: 7-10 days

Tees: 2 weeks Guaranteed

We guarantee a two week turnaround from the date we receive your sizes and final approval of the order.
Orders with less than two weeks turnaround may require rush shipping fees.

How do we receive design concepts?
You will receive a login to our project system "sheepDOG".
There you can login review your designs and make comments for changes and revisions.

Why A Deposit for New Customers?

Professional Creative Design :
The strength of Shepherd Boy Creative is and has always been our design.
And yet in most cases we do not charge a separate fee for art/design.
We are professional designers all of our artist's have design degrees.
With over 17 years as a design company, we have sound design principles
and understand current styles and trends.

Package Pricing:
We have decide to create a package price for our services.
One price that includes art, setup, garments and clip art for promotion.

Art and Ownership:
We create custom designs for each and every order and allow our clients
to use the art for promotion of their events. We retain all copyrights and the
images cannot be resold or used by others without written permission.

Deposit and  Ownership of Designs:
Each order has between 2-6 hours of initial design time.
The $150 deposit minimizes losses from canceled events, budget miscalculations,
and even stolen designs and allows us to continue providing professional
custom designs without charging separate art fees.

The $150 deposit does not grant ownership privileges for any of the designs
sent for approval.  The deposit is non-refundable. If the order is halted for any
reason after the deposit has been received any refund is completely at the
discretion of Shepherd Boy Creative.

Purchasing Art Separate:
We do have other options available.
If a customer would chose to pay for a design separate from printing and garments.
The prices are as follows:
Standard Design: $500 or Hourly Rate @ $125/ hour minimum 3 hours

Reasons for Dissatisfaction with Designs:
We provide detailed questionnaire, an initial round of design and two rounds
of revisions within our design package.Most customer dissatisfaction occurs when
there is little or no information provided on the questionnaire. If we are provided
information concerning the purpose, the preferred style, and pertinent content
we can create designs that will "wow" any audience.
